Dr. Bock Hughes joined Ear, Nose and Throat Associates in 1994 as a partner after completing an otolaryngology/head and neck surgery residency at the University of California, San Francisco. She recieved her A.B. in biological sciences from Smith College in 1984 graduating magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. She obtained her medical degree from Yale University School of Medicine in 1989, graduating with highest honors. |
Dr. Bock Hughes is board-certified as a fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery and as a diplomate of the National Board of Medical Examiners. Professional society memberships include the American Academy of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery, the American Medical Association, and the San Mateo County Medical Society. She maintains active hospital privileges at Mills-Peninsula Hospitals, Sequoia Hospital, and the San Mateo County Hospital.
Since 1998, she has served on the Board of Directors of the Mills Peninsula Medical Group (MPMG), the MPMG Physicians' Compensation Committee, and previously chaired the Medical Utilization Committee. Currently, she is chief of the ENT division at Mills-Peninsula Hospital. Past professional commitments included participation on the Board of Directors of the San Mateo County Medical Society and volunteer service as a clinical faculty member in the otolaryngology department at UCSF. |

David Ellison graduated from San Mateo High School and attended UC Berkeley, where he graduated with Phi Beta Kappa honors. He subsequently attended UCLA Medical School and completed his residency training at UCLA as well. He is Board Certified in the Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. |
| Dr. Ellison joined Ear, Nose and Throat Associates in 1986. While practicing in the community, Dr. Ellison has maintained hospital affiliations at Mills-Peninsula Hospitals, Sequoia Hospitals, and San Mateo Medical Center. He has served as an Assistant Clinical Professor at UC San Francisco for fifteen years. He has also served as Chief of Otolaryngology at Mills-Peninsula and San Mateo Medical Center, and is currently Chief of Surgery at San Mateo Medical Center. |
